Material requirements vary depending on the solution that we go for. We choose materials from tried and tested standard and special compounds, or develop new ones in line with customer specifications.

The structural design of components depends on material, functional and installation specifications. We use cutting-edge FEM analysis in addition to our years of design expertise and comprehensive database.

We use a variety of component-specific bench tests to check and optimize theoretical designs.

Standard raw materials can be ground or granulated to optimize them for the following stages. This is the foundation for ensuring the best possible quality of the product.

PTFE suspension is processed by means of pressing/sintering. PTFE-Nünchritz uses extrusion processes in addition to hydraulic pressing.

Semi-finished products are put through machining processes such as drilling, rotating and milling to transform them into finished products.

We aim to meet the requirements and demands of our customers (diagrams / material parameters) and comply with NUE specifications.

Our quality assurance process begins by carefully selecting and regularly checking our raw materials and supply chain.

We also put the materials and filler that go into our own material compounds through extensive testing.

We test pressed and extruded semi-finished products to make sure that our internal semi-finished production processes are up to scratch.

We test the dimensions, pressure resistance and functionality of finished products in accordance with customer or standard specifications.
