How far have we come with our sustainability goals? Where have we already achieved a great deal—and in which areas do we still have work to do? Our current sustainability report provides a concise and transparent overview. It is now available for download on our website.
For us, sustainability is not a single project, but a long-term responsibility. It covers the responsible use of energy and materials as well as safe working conditions, the health of our employees, and compliance with legal requirements.
To turn this ambition into tangible improvements, we have defined clear goals, KPIs, and timeframes for key fields of action. The current sustainability report clearly shows where we stand.
Ten fields of action at a glance
The report consolidates our activities in ten areas:

The individual measures are also assigned to the relevant United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This makes it clear what contribution our initiatives make to sustainable development.
Progress you can measure
In several fields of action, the targets set have already been fully achieved. This includes our commitment to implementing at least one measure each year to improve ergonomics. The sustainability cockpit also shows 100% progress for our ongoing overview of legal conformity and for increasing the share of in-house generation in our energy supply.
Progress on the number of JobRad contracts stands at 92%. The preparation of our greenhouse gas inventory for Scopes 1 to 3 is 75% complete. This provides an important basis for recording emissions even more precisely in the future and deriving further measures in a targeted manner.
The response rate to our employee survey and the reduction of mixed municipal waste are also part of the report. These KPIs help us assess developments in a transparent way and identify opportunities for improvement.
Transparency also includes outstanding tasks
For us, sustainability reporting also means openly showing where we are still at the beginning. One example is the planned reduction in PTFE material through the optimization of semi-finished products. The initiative was newly added with the base year 2024 and currently shows no measurable progress yet.
This transparent presentation is particularly important to us: it makes clear that sustainability is an ongoing process. Goals must be reviewed, measures adjusted, and results reassessed regularly.
