We are your partner when it comes to individual applications of seals and structural elements made of PTFE and other high-performance plastics. Through many years of experience, we have optimally aligned our service and product range accordingly.
PTFE can be used in a very wide temperature range. In many applications, the continuous use range is approximately between -200°C and +260°C. This makes the material particularly suitable for applications with strong temperature fluctuations.
In many cases, PTFE can be used in applications with food contact. The prerequisite is that the material used and the processing comply with the relevant legal requirements.
Teflon is a brand name for PTFE. The material itself is called polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and is produced by various manufacturers. The properties of the material remain fundamentally the same.
PTFE components are manufactured from pressed or extruded semi-finished materials. The resulting blanks are precision-machined on CNC turning and milling machines to meet the required geometries and tolerances.

Letzten Freitag haben wir gemeinsam unser diesjähriges Sommerfest im Olympia Riesa gefeiert.
Bei angenehmen Temperaturen und trockenem Wetter standen vor allem Spaß, gute Gespräche und das gemeinsame Miteinander im Mittelpunkt. Ob beim Minigolf, auf der Bowlingbahn oder beim gemütlichen Beisammensein – für jeden war etwas dabei.
Kulinarisch wurden wir mit leckeren Spezialitäten vom Grill verwöhnt, während unser DJ den Abend mit passender Musik begleitete und für beste Stimmung sorgte.
Vielen Dank an alle, die dabei waren und diesen Abend zu einem schönen gemeinsamen Erlebnis gemacht haben.
